It is known to most simply as The Coliseum, but the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum might soon be getting a new corporate name to help finance the stadium's renovations.

The sale of the naming rights is expected to generate more than $100 million in the first 25 years, all of which will be reinvested into the Coliseum for improvements, according to the Coliseum Commission.

Maurice Simmons, an 18-year-old linebacker from Compton Dominguez High School who was set to begin his USC career this fall, was found guilty of a street robbery committed in March in Compton.
